Tasting of summer Cheeses
Consumed in accompaniment with seasonal vegetables, cheeses are an excellent fresh and light meal that gives relief from the hot summer. These are essentially cold-processed cheeses, which require a few days of maturing to obtain a tasty and fresh product. Cheese tasting can be done either in the villa or at the cheese farm itself.
