Booking and payment policy: at the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount is required within 5 days from the date of booking.
The balance is requested 42 days before the arrival date for bookings for the low and mid season, and 60 days before for reservations for the high season.
The reservation to be confirmed definitively also must include the data of a credit card to guarantee the same.
No charge will be charged; done on the paper. The above amounts must be paid only and exclusively by bank transfer.
Cancellation policy: it is possible to cancel a reservation only through a written notification.
If you cancel within 42 days for low and mid season bookings or 60 days for high season bookings, you will not have any further penalties.
By canceling out these time limits, the total is due.
